Why am I receiving an AfBA disclosure?

RSP and Rising Star Realty Group, LLC share common ownership. If we refer or route your request to that brokerage, RESPA requires an AfBA disclosure at or before the referral.

Am I required to use Rising Star Realty Group, LLC?

No. You are free to choose any licensed professional. We can provide information about additional providers on request.

Does RSP get paid for referrals?
